SAEM Pattern Removal Technique
I have found this method of removing life patterns so effective that I created an entire offering dedicated to it. Unlike Biofield Tuning, which works with patterns on a more subconscious level, Sacred Anatomy Energy Medicine (SAEM) pattern removal operates at the conscious level.
If you’ve engaged in talk therapy for years or have already processed certain experiences but still haven’t found relief, this technique can help. It works by releasing the energetic components of those patterns from your energy structure. As a result, the emotional charge around those experiences begins to dissolve, freeing you from their grip.
This approach is best suited for those who already have a clear sense of what patterns they want to release. For those who are unsure of their patterns or how they have affected their life, the session may take longer and involve more unpacking. It’s also important to note that I am not a therapist, and these sessions are not intended to replace therapy.
More Q & A
What does a SAEM Pattern Removal session look like?
At the start of a session, I create a thoughtform of your energy structure. This serves as a detailed map, and with the help of a dowsing rod, we establish a baseline of where your energy currently stands.
If you’re ready to release a specific pattern, we begin with an identification process to determine where in your energy structure that pattern resides. Depending on which layer it shows up in, I’ll ask you a series of gentle questions to bring the pattern into full conscious awareness. The goal is to clearly define the pattern so your system can let it go. Together, we’ll explore:

-
What the pattern is
-
Your earliest memory of it
-
The costs of carrying it
-
The benefits it once served
-
How has it affected your current life
-
The emotions connected to it
Once the pattern has been fully identified, we release it along with the emotional charge surrounding it. After the session is complete, I use the dowsing rod to reassess your energy structure to determine how effective the work was.

It’s important to note that we don’t need to go into great detail about your experiences—I am not a therapist, and this is not meant to be a therapy session. You only need to share what feels safe and comfortable, just enough for us to recognize the pattern and how it has influenced your life. My intention is always to support healing without retraumatizing, so we keep the focus on gentle awareness and release.
